FINAL CLOSING SUBMISSIONS, BASTION POINT OCEAN ACCESS BOAT RAMP, MALLACOOTA



East Gippsland Shire Council is the proponent of the Bastion Point Ocean Access Boat Ramp Project. An Environment Effects Statement (EES) was required for the boat ramp proposal under the Environmental Effects Act 1978. The Environment Effects Statement prepared by East Gippsland Shire and Planning Permit application 162/2007/P under the East Gippsland Planning Scheme for the removal of native vegetation concluded formal exhibition in July 2007. The Public Hearings commenced on Monday 14 July 2008 and concluded on Tuesday 5 August 2008.
